About Donna Kunath

Donna Kunath is the daughter of a retired US Army Veteran. This offered her the opportunity to have a life living in all parts of the world in many different cultures. Additionally, this provided her with the knowledge of the complexities of moving as military families experience this every few years. She knows it can be stressful.

Donna moved to North Carolina in 1992 with her husband Tom. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel hill graduating in1996, then began a successful career as a dental hygienist.

Always ready to help those around her, Donna’s background in healthcare and desire to make people happy were the building blocks in her decision to pursue real estate. So, in 2020 during a family vacation to Carolina Beach, Donna and her husband found themselves purchasing their first rental property. Today they own and manage five rental properties in Wilmington and Carolina Beach.

Donna has always loved the timeless charm of downtown Wilmington and the pristine beauty of the surrounding beaches; she is thankful to finally realize her dream of living in this coastal town. She hopes to make this same dream a reality for others!

In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with her family. She loves cooking, paddleboarding, exploring new restaurants, and all things sports! She is especially fond of taking her dog, Jaz, to all the wonderful dog parks near her home. On the charitable side, Donna supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Donna understands the benefits of timely communication and attention to details when it comes to real estate transactions. She strives to give each client the best service while providing the details necessary to make a good decision when they purchase or sell a property.
